Since moving to Florida, I struggled to find a good dentist, but I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. I have a fear of the dentist, and they made me feel completely at ease, explaining everything with such kindness and patience. Their warmth is truly unmatched! I’ve already told everyone to go there including two of my co-workers. One of them has already gone and said, You were so right they are amazing! Going to the dentist is not always fun. But westside dental takes some of that edge off. Great staff, always smiling and friendly. The hygienists are all great. Technology is all very up to date as well. In and out for cleaning and xrays less than an hour. Would recommend. Both my wife and i enjoy coming here

Westside Dental has a wonderful customer-focused attitude. The office is clean and bright, Renea is the most welcoming person Ive ever met at a dental practice, and the hygienist that did my cleaning was kind and gentle but very detailed and thorough. Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and timely with all of our procedures so far. My Invisalign process was painless!! Afterward, their lovely front desk Ali helped me square away my follow-up and even gave me advice on my insurance plan. Would recommend to all who want straight and clean teeth.

Shannon was amazing with my deep clean. She took care of me and my well-being so well. She made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. As messy as this process can be, she made sure I stayed clean lol. Ambar in the front was very kind as well. She helped me efficiently and quickly.

Best dentist ever. The dentist actually met with me, had great bedside manner and addressed all my concerns. She said to trust her and I did! My pockets, gingivitis and stains have gotten so much better. Shout out to Brittney and Jonathan who are spectacular. I feel like Brittney is the most peaceful hygienist I have ever met. She is trauma informed and makes every visit so nice- even deep cleanings. Yilana is wonderful! Yilana took the time to review my teeth progress, eductae me on how to prevent stains, and is so sweet. Been coming here for about two years. Friendly staff and the Dr is also great at what she does! Happy with my results after getting treatment. My teeth look great and overall oral health is the best! They also offer teeth whitening which works! 100% difference in my smile. Also worked with me on my request for custom gold crown installations which look amazing by the way. Now I go for regular cleaning every few months. Wait times are minimal once you make an appointment and show up on time. For dental emergencies I called the same day and they made the space for me immediately as well. Very accommodating, clean and friendly environment. Worth the visit and partnering with this office for your dental needs.

I have been to a few dentist office’s however this is the worst by far . Constantly will notify you about your appointment calling 20 times also will not care if you have an emergency they will proceed to inform you that they don’t basically care and you need to come in . They will also continue to beg for you to continue to do your dental treatment. Office is very money hungry. Lastly after calling over 20 times and informing you that they don’t care about your health they still went ahead and mess up.

The staff, specifically Jonathan, were so kind and put a lot of effort into getting me in quickly as I was already 37 weeks pregnant. I have been coming to Westside for almost 2 years now and I have to say that Dr. Dham and her team of professionals are just that— professionals who also CARE. Today I met Brittany, the dental hygienist, for the first time. She was a delight and I can honestly say she had the gentlest touch but I received a thorough cleaning. Can’t say enough about this office beginning with the front desk staff (Rene, Ali, Jonathan etc.) to Dr. Dham. Dr Dham is a very caring dentist who provides excellent dental services and superb personal customer service. Keep it up!! 👏🏼👍🏼👌🏽

I had the best appointment at this office today! Front desk was so kind from beginning to end. They made the paperwork and insurance process so easy. My hygienist Jocelyn was extremely thorough and super sweet. Dr Dham was such a joy to talk to and you can tell she is so passionate about her work and her patients. Her approach to your teeth is designed to ensure you keep them for your lifetime - so if you want them done right (from cleanings to X-rays, to cancer screenings, etc.), she’s the one for you!Her office and staff are very professional, and Dr. Dham is very personable, taking the time to listen to concerns and providing solutions.Her sense of customer service is like none I’ve seen at a dentist - if there’s an issue, it bothers *her* probably more than it bothers you. The office itself is always so very clean and beautifully decorated. They play relaxing videos of beautiful scenery in the dental exam rooms which I love, they really do think of their patients comfortability at all times. She is such an incredible dentist, explains all the details of what you need to know as well as giving you options that are cost effective for the patient! Staff is very organized & greets all their patients on a first name basis as well as going above and beyond to fit my needs & crazy schedule. They are also always doing a fun raffle to win things. I had a ton of dental work I needed done, which I had completed over the past year or so and it has completely changed my sinus health, no more migraines or sinus issues AT ALL. It’s incredible! Very impressed with their entire well orchestrated business. I am a patient for life!

The 35 minute drive was worth it! I had a wonderful experience as a first time patient. My first impression was a big warm welcome from the front receptionist, wish I grabbed her name, as well as another clinic staff member who engaged in our conversation. I have not had a dental visit quite as enjoyable and efficient like this one. The assistant was very kind. Both she and Dr. Dham were friendly walked me through every step/procedure and made sure I was comfortable the whole visit. The doctor also explained my exam in detail, made sure I understood the X-ray images and the recommended treatments. The office itself is very clean, tidy and up to date! I was able to book my next visit quickly even though I have a restricted schedule. I am glad to have found this dental office and look forward to trusting them with my smile!

After decades of various dental practices, I have finally found a practice and hygienist where I dont feel a thing. My hygienist Shannon is extremely gentle and personable, making the routine visits comfortable for a dentist trip. Raena and the rest of the front desk staff are also very helpful, pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this practice.

My prior dentist retired at the same time my teeth were becoming problematic. I found Westside Dental. After new xrays and thorough review, I had to embark on an extensive remediation program of cavity repair, extraction and implants. Dr. Dham works tirelessly and diligently throughout each session and is credentialed to do all the work herself. It has been spaced out over a year due to insurance annual maximums, but I am now in the home stretch. The office staff is also very conscientious, knowledgeable and accommodating. I consider myself fortunate to have signed up with Westside Dental.

Westside Dental Center is one of the best Dentist Centers I have ever been too! I had an appointment scheduled over a month out with them for a cleaning, but I called them for a toothache/cheek swelling and they squeezed me in the same day! On top of this, they were all so friendly and inviting, and Dr.Dham is absolutely AMAZING. I will definitely keep coming here. Love them!!!

The staff treated me nice at start, after work was done on my tooth the procedure gave me a gum infection on the tooth they worked. It was my first time experiencing such feeling and thought it was part of the process - the doctor will brush her self by referring the patient to another office for treatment and proscribe antibiotics to treat - now I am forced to extract my tooth due to the infection they gave me thru the procedure...

My experience at Westside Dental Center was amazing. I hadnt been to a dentist in 8 years because of some bad experiences I had in the past. I was terrified to come back. My wife explained my fears to them whike booking my appointment and when I came in they couldnt have done a better job making me feel comfortable and more importantly, in control. As always front office staff was amazing. However I was not happy with my hygienist this time. It was more painful than usual. I know the condition of my gums. I did not have any bleeding prior to coming to my appointment. I felt her objective was to sell the tray. In the the past hygienist applied the polish and fluoride with precision. This time it felt different. I please ask not to assign this hygienist to me again. I usually don’t write reviews and I am not a complainer but for the first time, thinking about changing.

The staff was great very friendly and helpful. The dr was very patient with me and all my questions. The only thing I didn’t like is having to pay before our next appointment. I’ve never had to pay for work before it’s done.

Incredibly helpful and welcoming. I needed to get a filling that popped off replaced and they were able to accommodate me the next day after requesting an appointment, as a new patient and all. They even went as far as communicating with me after hours via text to make sure everything got squared away in preparation for my appointment. I was so grateful! All of the staff is wonderful and I really felt at home there. Also, the office itself is lovely!

1st let me say that Robyn/Robin was absolutely lovely ( she needs a raise for sure) and so was my doctor. I wish someone would have actually scheduled my cleaning like I asked, and not just the examination. I also would have liked someone to explain the exams I was getting, so that I could review and accept before being charged. Im going back for another appointment in a few weeks to have my treatment plan executed. I wasnt too happy about the lack of availability and the accommodation to having all my procedures done on the same day. With covid and limited time availability, I see it as a risk to have to go into a dental facility more than twice.I loved the facility and it was clean with ample parking. The front desk folks were friendly as well and respectful.Update 1: no one ever explained that they cant schedule the cleaning over the phone so Im not sure why this is being said. Im very precise when I am making appointments. I wouldnt have been shocked as I was if this was told to me before hand. I would have went somewhere else for sure as I HAVE had everything done on the first visit elsewhere in the past. Holiday schedule is definitely understandable but my appointment availability is three weeks into January. Im not sure where the holiday is a issue that far out.Im not saying that my copay is incorrect, Im speaking to the explanation of the oral exam. I paid my bill with no complaints and was completely aware of my insurance coverage, thank you.Update 2: my hygienist was excellent and provided some really great suggestions and tips to keep my teeth stain free. Because of this experience I have definitely decided to stick with Westside.

First impression of the office was like no other! They offer coffee and snacks in the beautiful waiting area and have decorated such as no other dentist. The waiting area is as comfortable as my living room and they have candles lit around the office to create a wonderful relaxing environment.Ive been going here for about 3 years and they have never charged me anything I didnt consent to. Theyve done their best to accommodate in prices for when our insurance didnt cover 100%. The only gripe I ever had was they didnt inform me that it wasnt *exactly* 6 months since my last cleaning. So I ended up paying out of pocket for it since most insurances require a minimum of 6 months between cleanings. This was also my fault, but it would have been helpful if they had some sort of alert or consciously paid attention for that since its pretty typical. Like I said, I was responsible for that oopsy as well.The doctor is very nice, never pushy on things. The front desk, Jessica, has always been a highlight to our visit. Shes very friendly and knowledgeable in insurance coverage and procedures. The hygienists are give or take. One guy has consistently been inconsiderate (he no longer works there), but most are very kind and personable.This dental office is great. I come mainly because of the atmosphere they provide. Its very welcoming and has lots of personal, homey touches. Keep it up!

Deep cleaning and initial visit needs. Brittany was fantastic and explained everything and was patient and courteous. Also took care of our daughter with initial visit and cleaning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dham for a few years now. I find her to be a very good listener and recommends treatments based on my dental needs and also based on my preferences. She is very thorough and detailed in her work. I have not had any problems in the work I needed to get done from her or her office. She has been particular in recommending only treatments that are absolutely necessary. She also gives enough time to her patients. I also like the one late evening per week that she keeps her office open and the 2 Saturdays per month when she works.I drive over 20 miles to get to her office, and have been willing to do so mainly because of the excellent service and treatment that I have consistently obtained from Dr. Dham.

The staff at Westside Dental is very kind, welcoming, and professional! When I became a patient, I was unhappy with my smile, I had poor dental health, and I needed a lot of work. Dr. Dham has been working in sequence with my insurance, has provided financing options for the out of pocket costs, and has completely turned my situation around. Professional, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Office environment is very tranquil and serene. State of the art 3D technology which provides very accurate picture of your teeth and gums. Dr. Dham is the best at talking you through your condition and procedures to follow. Highly recommended for anyone needing a great dentist.

I have over 60 years experience with dentists they have been good and bad over these years. The worst experience and most expensive to date was with Sage Dentistry. Stay away from corporate groups like Sage. They hire newbie dentist or old ones that are ready to retire that didnt have much of a practice to begin with. Within the last 3 years I crowned most of my teeth there. To date every Crown has failed and has abscessed and required expensive removal between $350 to $550 each. So far I am out over $15,000 never mind the thousands it will cost to fix this . The reason crowns fail is because they never got the entire cavity clean and capped over it. The other is the crown is not properly sealed so that decay can creep up between the gaps and rot your tooth out. The dentist that performed this work at Sage is now retired so I have no recourse on the work. Among the many I researched Westside Dental had a five-star rating. I broke a crown and I called them the same day and they fit me in bless them for helping me out. When I saw their facility I was so impressed with how clean and how modern the equipment is. Somehow the setup and Decor is made for you to feel at ease. The staff every one of them was extremely friendly courteous and efficient..Dr. Dham spent a great deal of time explaining my options on how to restore my smile. Westside Dental has their own lab to create their own crowns which saves waiting 3 weeks for the permanent Crown to come in. It also lets them control the quality and fit better. She prepared my tooth and then created a custom fit for my permanent crown which looks and feels great. She is an artist and very concerned with the final product and look. I cant wait to come back in 2 weeks and begin the restoration process. I feel much more confident in dealing with a dentist that controls her own facility and quality of work than a corporate facility like Sage that doesnt give a s*** about the quality of their work in my humble opinion. Updates to come as to my progress. So far I am very impressed with the facility and Dr. Dham.

I’m still a relatively new resident in the Broward County area, and I’ve been searching for a good dental practice. Westside Dental Center came highly recommended, and they definitely delivered!! Dr. Uttma Dham provided such special care and attention for my first visit this morning! Robin and Pilar who assisted her were equally amazing! Karen who provided the consultation service after my check up, was absolutely incredible in terms of her professionalism in explaining my treatment plan!!I’m very pleased with this recommendation, and very much looking forward to my return visit to the practice in June. After researching new dentist, I found Westside Dental. They are very professional and very thorough. Everything is explained well and they break it all down so you can understand exactly what is going to take place. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. From the time you walk in the door, you feel very comfortable.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dham since 2017. I have nothing but incredible positive things to say about her and her staff. They’re like second family to me, super professional, attentive, caring and sweet. I had the beet Invisalign experience and loved my results. I am currently undergoing an implant and they haven’t been nothing but caring and so responsive to everyone. Best dental team, totally recommend them.

I am always greeted with a smile and a Hi Miss Paula! when I walk in. The procedure information and charges are clearly explained and any questions are welcomed. No wait time.....or very minimal.The hygienist is always nice and explains what she/he is doing. Dr. Dham is so nice and caring. She asks questions about your overall health along with any dental concerns. Very detailed explanations of procedures and will show you on the x-ray what exactly is happening. It is very easy to make appointments. All staff members are nice and happy to help.

It would be impossible for me to say enough great things about Dr Dham and the entire team at Westside Dental. They are truly top notch and by far the best dental facility I have ever come across. Dr Dham and the entire team have done remarkable things for me. Keep up the outstanding work.

Outstanding dentist!! Clean offices, professional, friendly staff, and a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments (though the wait was so short I wasn’t able to take advantage of them). I had been dreading seeing a dentist because I knew I needed extensive work, and previous experience with other dentists has always been painful and unpleasant. I am so glad I found Dr Dham! The experience was so pleasant and pain free I literally fell asleep while she worked in my mouth. That has NEVER happened before.. Most importantly, she does beautiful work; my teeth have never looked so beautiful. I cannot recommend Dr.Dham highly enough! 5 stars all the way!

I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist so when I had to go in- I was very happy with the whole staff at Westside Dental. Dr Dham was consistently checking in making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure which was very calming. Her work was done well and efficiently and the staff was great checking in after and answering any questions.

Westside Dental Center is the place to go if you want personal caring attention from your Dentist. I have had four visits with practically zero waiting time. Doctor Dham was most helpful in follow-up conversations after a procedure that created questions in my mind. Another Dentist, Dr. Emily Andrade is highly skilled and takes good care of me with continual explanation of what she is doing. The office staff is also most helpful and takes personal interest in me as a patient. You cant go wrong with Westside Dental!

An awesome experience. Here is the thing I relocated to Florida a year ago. Please keep in mind I’m the worst dental patient ever .. I was referredTo Westside Dental via my grandsons dental because they do such an awesome job with him.Trust me this story is essentially needed for detailed 5 stars. Omg so my first treatment was a deep cleaning ( scared of needles). Amazing hygienist… hello. .. today I had fillings with Dr Dahm. Honestly I can not express .. my gratitude. No pain. This is because of how Dr. Uttma handled the situation after she reflected on our exchange.In my long experience in the customer experience industry, I have never had someone sincerely listen and apologize for an unfortunate interaction. Most of the time, you’ll get a templated apology and freebie. Dr. Uttma called and genuinely looked to make things right and this is a commendable act that fully made up for it all.I wish Westside Dental all the best!——Do not recommend and did even finish my appointment.They are the worst. They reached out to me and I was specific with my schedule and what I needed to get done. I also explained that I live far from them but willing to drive for good service. Of course they said they can and will accommodate it all. When I got there, surprise, surprise, they couldnt. They took close to an hour just taking X-rays and pictures and measurements then they basically said they dont have the time to do what I specifically came there for so Ill need to come back for the rest smhIt was just getting ridiculous at this point but I tried to explain the situation to Dr. Uttma Dham and she said that what I was told was wrong and I reiterated that her own staff said it can be done but she does not have the time. I continued to explain that Ive done this regularly and her response in verbatim is I dont care what they told you, I went to dental school. My guess is her dental school failed to teach her that making statements like that makes you sound egotistical and is never a good slogan for business. This is all I needed to hear for me to cut that appointment right then and there and take my business elsewhere. The last thing I need are people with terrible bedside manners rooting around the inside of my mouth.Additionally, I have no patience for companies who do not understand the concept of basic customer service.The only good thing about this experience is their receptionist, she was kind and patient.
